So every night before Mark and I go to bed, we go in together to check in Aaron. We say that it's because we want to make sure he isn't cold, or lost his nuzzy or whatever, but REALLY it's about just looking at our little boy and commenting to each other (very quietly) about how he's the cutest little boy we have EVER seen. Last night, we did our nightly ritual and when we walked in, we couldn't help it...I just had to take a picture.

Sweet, sweet boy. I love the position he is in. That would kill my back. :) But I guess it is more comfortable than the splits. ;)

That picture is completely "him". I love it. Wish I could give him a thousand kisses. I love how he sucks his thumb sideways! Most kids suck their thumbs straight up and down. But not this boy! He's just gifted.
It never gets old... After 5.5 yrs., Deana still checks in on Avery before going to bed. I get called in for the "funny" positions... Very cute.
